Doesn't do much for me either. I'd put it in the category "Rearranging
the deck chairs on the Titanic" because it's still totally dependent
on misrepresentatives, who are the only kinds of people who run for
office. It would clearly be better than what we have now, but I agree
with the name "Democracy 2.1" because it's only an incremental
improvement whereas what we need is a complete redesign (I long ago
claimed matchism as being version 3.0, with 1.0 being
monarchies/dictatorships, and 2.0 being representative democracy).
